The band was formed in 2020 in Neuchâtel while the four members were engaged in solo musical projects. They started with musical covers and Live Tours organized by their music school, BBM74.

Jammed was then created with two electric guitars, a bass, and percussion. Their repertoire is inspired by musical genres such as rock, metal, punk, hip-hop, and jazz - from which they draw inspiration while adding a solid personal touch. The group composed twelve pieces and played the set live at public events.

Jammed's music is unique and carried by the virtuosity and experience of its members. The mix of instruments, lyrics in English, and the energy released are meant to express their love for music. Jammed is an authentic group, delivering live performances without gimmicks, backing tracks, synthesizers, or autotune.
